Context/Challenge

Our client operated a liquefied natural gas (LNG) import terminal for over a decade and vital for 30% of their nation’s gas supply. They faced their first maintenance turnaround and thus, their first decompression. Achieving performance targets were key, with many eyes focused on their planning, readiness and risk management.
