As an Implementation Coach, we train and develop you in the use of these hard tools, proven coaching and facilitation techniques, and provide libraries and internal peer networks to support you in their use. But, we recognize that you are already a high achiever with proven experience and education under your belt. It is our practice of allowing our teams and Implementation Coaches to select and adapt the right tool for the job which delivers lasting results. Each client is different and their problems are difficult and unique, but our approach enables the experience and savvy of our industry veterans to deliver the right balance of consistency with flexibility to achieve powerful, sustainable step change results.

Candidate Review
Our Talent Acquisition team will review your application and contact candidates to learn more about their background, qualifications, skills and experiences. If you have not been selected for an interview, please don’t be discouraged; we encourage you to continue monitoring our open positions.

Interviews
Candidates selected for a first-round interview will meet a member of the RLG team on a virtual call. If successful, candidates will be invited to a second-round interview; depending on the position you’ve applied for, this may include a combination of case study presentations or behavioural questions.
