RLG is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Doherty as our newest Managing Partner.
Already a key member of our management team, Michael has consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership, strategic thinking for both RLG and his clients, while being a champion of RLG’s core values.
Being with RLG for over 16 years, Michael has led some of RLG’s largest and most successful client engagements in the Oil & Gas, Aerospace, and Mining sectors in the US, Canada, and Australia. These client engagements have spanned capital projects, turnarounds, business transformations, maintenance, operations, drilling and safety.
Michael will continue to be based in Houston, Texas where he is instrumental in leading RLG’s future growth supporting key existing and new clients in the US lower 48 region, while working closely with and leading our US based RLG team to continued success.
I’m passionate about leading RLG to solve larger and more dynamic challenges for our clients and working with all of my colleagues to be the best we can be.
Michael holds a BA in Psychology from Texas Christian University as well as a Juris Doctor and IMBA from the University of South Carolina. His passion and appreciation for work was developed spending time on his family’s ranch in New Mexico. In his time off he enjoys being with his family in Houston as well as travelling and experiencing different cultures around the world.
