We are pleased to announce the appointment of Kirk Gibson as VP and RLG Business Unit Leader.

Kirk brings to this role his proven experience as a builder of teams and as an accelerator of results within a number of client environments. Kirk joined RLG in 2006 supporting Performance Improvement work on the North Slope in Alaska where he previously served as Business Unit Leader, Alaska for many years. Kirk managed one of our larger teams with work across several clients in Anchorage and the North Slope, while providing assistance in the growth of one of RLG Global client opportunities. More recently, Kirk was part of the early RLG foray into the capital project space culminating in his leadership of one of our largest teams in the construction and commissioning of a large capital project. To each of his roles with RLG, Kirk brings energy, a deep commitment to the promotion and protection of the RLG culture and, the development of clear & common processes which strengthen our work globally.

In this new position, Kirk will primarily be in support of the regional mega-project and concurrently to look for opportunities and to grow the RLG brand within the Northeastern United States.

Kirk holds an International MBA from Moore School of Business in South Carolina and a BA from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania.

Kirk and his wife, Lindsay, their son Ben and daughter Lilly live just outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
